Returning clothing is possible.  Returning jewelery can not because of the hygiene.  If you want to return the product, send an email to Info@jewerpearl.com The product can only be returned if it is still in good condition!  When we have received the product, we return the amount of money back to your account.

Return costs

The costs of returning an item are   entirely at your own expense

 

Return Right

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you recieve the item.

Please note that sale items cannot be returned!

 

Return conditions

The item should not be worn, it should be in good condition and should not have stains, holes or other damage.
